Prices and Payment Policy
If you are a customer whose credit card is not denominated in United Arab Emirates (“UAE”) Dirhams (“AED”), the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.
Prices will be shown in AED.
We accept the following forms of payment:
Credit/Debit Cards: VISA and MASTERCARD
All credit card payments are subject to validation checks and authorization by the issuer. If the issuer of the credit card refuses to authorize payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. We will cancel your order and contact you for an alternative method of payment.
The details on the credit card used to make the payment must match the exact ID information of the cardholder as held by the issuer. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon completion of the order. You con rm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specially authorized by the owner of the credit card to use it.
No credit cards’ details will be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties except by our online payment gateway service provider (i.e. PayTabs).
We take reasonable care to make the Website secure. Rest assured that your card number will be protected using SSL (Secure Socket Layer). SSL is a security technology that encrypts your card details and provides a secure connection between Internet browsers and websites, allowing you to transmit private data online. We take reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website.
Return / Cancellation Policy
- Online Courses
1- Subscription to RHH Training & Coaching courses is a Digital Subscription, so once you pay the subscription fees of the course by any means of payment available online, the course will be automatically enrolled on your account on RHH Training & Coaching website, and by receiving the course digitally you are not entitled to claim refunds for any reasons whether it is related to your time or inability to attend it for your own personal reasons or because of your different opinions from some of the opinions provided in the course, so it is preferable to watch the videos of Rawan on her Instagram page and YouTube channel to be aware more about her opinions and her thoughts before subscribing in any course.
2- A participant is entitled to refund the fees for courses that have not yet been launched (Pre Orders) which have not been received on his/her account on our Website, but once the course is launched and digitally available on his/her account, s/he is not entitled to claim a refund or to replace it with another course. Notwithstanding the aforementioned provisions, there may be instances where we exercise our sole and absolute discretion to grant a refund, subject to the deduction of the specified Refund/Cancellation Fee.
3- We have the right to cancel the customer’s subscription in the course, which s/he paid for either permanently or temporarily, without refunding the amount paid and without any compensation for the courses in any of the following cases:
- If the customer subscribed in the course and paid the fees in instalments and failed to pay any of the instalments on due date.
- In the event that the customer violates any of the intellectual property rights clauses mentioned in the terms and conditions policy.
- If the customer shared his/her account with people who are not family members according to the terms of the rights to watch the course.
- Live Sessions
Live sessions or courses, whether conducted through online or in-person modalities, require prebooking and full payment in advance. In the event of a voluntary cancellation of prebooking for any reason, the following entitlements shall apply:
- Full refund of the fees paid, if cancellation is effected more than 7 days prior to the scheduled date of the session/course.
- A partial refund amounting to 50% of the fees paid shall be applicable in cases where the cancellation is made more than 24 hours but less than 7 days before the scheduled date of the session/course; or
- No refund shall be made in the event of a no-show or a cancellation transpiring less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled date of the session/course.

If the client buys the course illegally or using stolen bank cards, we have the right to refer the matter to our legal advisors in the United Arab Emirates, or elsewhere, to fille a case against the participant in the United Arab Emirates and/or in his/her home country.
In case of using a payment card without the approval of the card holder, in case a notification or complaint is received from the bank that the process has not been approved, the course will be suspended until the matter is resolved with the card holder, and the account will remain on hold until the complaint is resolved, or if it is not resolved the subscription will be cancelled.

Refund / Cancellation Fee
5% of the fees paid shall be deducted Refund / Cancellation Fee is an administrative fee that covers our payment gateway provider fees, banking fees, fund transfer fee and other fees related to the refund / cancellation process.
Shipping & Delivery
All our services are exclusively provided through digital means, and we expressly abstain from the sale or distribution of tangible goods in accordance with the current policy. Our educational courses are designed to be non-downloadable, ensuring that access is restricted to online streaming for the duration of the subscription period. Supplementary materials, as outlined in the respective item descriptions, may be obtained through downloadable means, in compliance with the specified terms and conditions.
